TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Here at MyShisha we can assure you that nobody has, to date, returned or complained about any of our products as our products are described perfectly. We have never sent any damaged items or had any items damage in the shipping process as we pack your items with care (and a hefty amount of package materials), however just to make you feel safe, we have put in writing our policies.

MyShisha.co.uk is devoted to providing you with excellent quality in both our products and our service. We are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements. Accepting a return is made only on sole discretion. We do not offer a 'trial basis' on any of our products, therefore please ensure you make compatibility or suitability checks with the relevant manufacturer/associated body before making your purchase.

You retain the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched or within 7 days after you have received the item. Kindly note that once an order has been dispatched, it will be considered a full commitment & any following cancellations which are approved by us may be subject to a  restocking fee with respect to loss of profits. Cancellations/Returns will only be approved within 7 days of receiving your product(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All cancellations/returns must be authorised first before sending the products back otherwise, the refund may be void. Tracked delivery is always recommended when sending products back ? proof of sending is not proof of delivery.

 

It is the customers responsibility to arrange a safe return of the products at their expense within 7 days of authorisation.  Products must be returned unused and in new condition ? this includes packaging (must remain unopened). If it appears any of these conditions are not met, you will incur a charge (restocking fee). Due to both hygiene and public health reasons, refunds/exchanges are not available once packaging is opened or unsealed. It is your responsibility to take care of the products whilst they are in your possession. This does not affect your statutory rights in a consumer transaction.

 

All sales and products that are shipped are final. If it appears a product has arrived broken or in damaged condition, contact us so we can arrange a replacement of the same product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping & handling is at the responsibility of the customer ? however, this does not apply if the products you received were incorrect.

We are dedicated to our customers and are aware that mistakes can occur ? we are at hand to resolve any issues. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

If in the unlikely case you have received a damaged product(s), please contact us by email (info@myshisha.co.uk) within 3 days of receiving your product(s). It is advisable to retain all packing materials including the product(s). When we receive your notification, we will provide you with further steps to follow to allow us to replace the product(s) ASAP. If in the case of receiving an item which you had not ordered, please contact us so we can resolve this issue. Please note: DO NOT return products without having contacted us and received approval first, otherwise this could result in void of refund/replacement.

 

MyShisha.co.uk will offer a replacement of any product deemed of poor quality, with a replacement product of the same type. No refund or replacement will be made with a different item of choice. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and in new condition

A restocking fee is chargeable on all returns, except if the fault is due to our site or our shipping. The customer takes responsibility for cost of shipping and handling of the product(s) to us at their own expense in all cases.

 

If a refund is approved, you will be reimbursed through original method of payment (likely PayPal). The manufactures of our products offer no warranty on their products, so for that reason we do not offer warranty.

 

International Policy

 

The same policy applies as the UK policy. We do however cover glass breakage of any fragile items in which case we will replace the items as long as the buyer pays for the postage. To date, we haven't had any items damaged while sending them abroad, however due to items being shipped long distances there is a possibility that fragile items may get damaged in transit.

 

Your Liability

 

By using this website, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site. MyShisha reserve the right modify any or all of the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The details in our Terms & Conditions does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Here at MyShisha.co.uk, for your security and efficiency we take payments via PayPal. You can use Visa Debits & Credit, Master Card & American Express through PayPal. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional -  you do not need to have a current PayPal account to make payments. You may complete your payment, and then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.
